As the new academic session resumes, the Formation community welcomes three new postulants to the formation house community. The reception took place today, 30th of September, 2023, at the Holy Mass presided over by the Postulants' Assistant, Rev. Fr Gabriel Adanu, OMV in the formation house chapel of Ibadan, Nigeria. The new seminarians, while they remain in the formation house, will joining other seminarians from different Religious Congregations and Dioceses at the Major Seminary of SS Peter and Paul, Bodija Ibadan for their Philosophical Studies before their Novitiate Year.

Those received into the formation house community today were: Samuel Oghenejobor Lawrence, Shedrack Alu and Camillus Chigozie Ifedi. We invite you to remember them always in your prayers as they continue to discern the Will of God for them in the Congregation of the Oblates of the Virgin Mary. Also present at the Mass were, the Rector of the formation house community, Rev. Fr Cosmas Amede, OMV and other OMV seminarians.
